Jason graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics in June of 1994. He obtained both his insurance license and mutual fund license with Prudential Assurance in April in 1993. There was a one- year overlap where he was working and completing his last year of a double major in university both on a full time basis. He is no stranger to hard work.

In 1995, he started AR Capital Management Inc. which is the life and investment division for All-Risks Insurance Brokers in Windsor. In 2000, he had the opportunity to launch the Insurance Division for Sterling Mutuals, a Windsor based mutual fund dealer. In this capacity he is responsible for maintaining his current clientele as well as helping agents in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia with their client’s life insurance and financial planning needs.

Along the way he has also obtained his Labour Sponsored Fund registration, Certificate in Financial Planning, Certified Financial Planning designation and is currently serving on the local executive of the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
